Flat Rate Fax is a virtual online fax service.  Faxes can be sent and received through a personalized fax number.  Once a fax is received, it is forwarded to a client's email address as well as stored on the Flat Rate Fax server for viewing over the web. Sending faxes is a simple matter of printing to a fax printer driver from desktop applications like Microsoft Word.

Flat Rate Fax approached Web in Motion in 2008 to work on their backend systems primarily to improve their capabilities and capacity.  Since that time, Web in Motion has completed a revamp of the engine that powers the Flat Rate Fax system, resulting in a significant increase in system's capacity and efficiency.
