Central Publications is an online subscription based email newsletter system. Its business model is to provide companies and organizations a way to stay in touch with its client or membership base.

As an entity started by Web in Motion, Central Publications gained the benefit of utilizing a highly technical, highly capable technical staff to develop the tools and interface necessary for managing an email based marketing system. Multiple considerations were necessary, from re-branding, to managing newsletter content and delivery, to developing a web based HTML editor, to handling email subscriptions (including processing unsubscribes and rejected emails).

Since its launch, Central Publications has found solid success and a growing customer list. Nearly 500,000 email newsletters are currently sent monthly through the engine developed by Web in Motion. Projections have the engine surpassing the 1 million emails per month mark by late 2012.
