Trinity Inspection Services, a national residential inspection management company looked to Web in Motion to design and develop a customized e-Business solution in 2003. The Internet based system would need to manage the entire process of ordering, tracking, quality control and delivery of draw inspections with speed and accuracy. The online system would also allow lenders to place and track orders, as well as enable Trinity’s network of over 2,300 inspectors to receive assignments and file reports. “Response to our services has been outstanding from a fast-growing number of Trinity customers,” said Doug Harrison, Chief Operating Officer. “In particular we are able to provide fast turn times. Lenders want fast completion of orders, quality, and cost effectiveness in draw inspections, and that’s our specialty.” Despite a short time frame, Web in Motion was able to deliver this complex e-Business solution ahead of schedule. Early introduction into the market allowed Trinity to hit the ground running with a strong system, establishing them as a powerful contender in their industry.
